Hum and Falling Apple have a 20 year lease on the heritage site.  When Hum took the lease the building was derelict.  However the landlord had done the foundations and said he spent $22,000 on them.  However Hum later found they were not done.  The following REPORTS speak to Hum’s restoration work, the value of Hum’s work and the faults with the foundations that the landlord undertook.
