• Installment of new plumbing for shower, toilet as no plumbing to site existed and old existing plumbing not in use
  • New basin and plumbing installed to bathroom
  • Demolition of old unused fire-alarm systems and disconnected fire hoses in upper and lower hallway
  • Demolition of wall linings down stairs hallway, stairs and upstairs hallway and make good.
  • Removal and Remedying of misaligned board and replacement downstairs and upstairs
  • Demolition of carpet layers and removal of nails and its surrounds
  • De-nailing of wall surfaces and clearing of all edges of all rooms of old wall paper, nails etc
  • Demolition of old wiring to deck and old systems in hallway not in use, copper piping and through-out
  • Remedial work to floor boards
  • Re-working of wiring to allow for working electricity and light in all rooms (Only front room and hallway working on taking the premise)
  • Reconditioned shades installed to keep with the current ecliptic theme of house
  • Correction of door rims to remedy gaps. These are aesthetic remedies as we have permission to demolish but on demolition they will require a supporting beam to be placed above and no further work can be undergone on the property until the house has been uplifted, replied and re-leveled. With that in mind we have done remedial work to the site to have it looking tidy in this frozen mode.
  • Reconditioning and bringing back into use aprox 6 x doors that were nailed shut, dysfunctional or removed. Major stripping not done except 1 x door as many doorways will be opened up in the future and the doors will not be needed.
  • Lift internal window rims for remedial window pulley system and bead facade pieces holding windows all except west site demolition area.
  • Removal of boards in Media room and reinstatement to test for sound proofing with different materials
  • Installation of vintage light in hallway to keep with the property’s current aesthetic plus other light features
  • Cleaning and scrubbing of all internal walls to ensure no possible lead contamination
  • Upstairs deck internal main doors scraped back, restored, oil protective primer
  • Sanding and prep work of areas for painting so the site is aesthetically pleasing to the community and visitors despite these areas to be demolished
